Using trends and interviews with employees, we came up with an organizing idea for an employer value proposition. It was obvious throughout the process that Gilat has a great corporate culture, which creates a place that people love working in, with high marks for everything related to interpersonal relationships.
The organizing idea is based on the insight that in Gilat real connections are formed, and from the connection the way to a relationship is short: "A fulfilling workplace relationship". A relationship where employees feel comfortable being themselves and feel like they are partners, the workplace provides stability, generates interest, and provides opportunities for them to grow.
