The right to be connected
Let us introduce you to Gilat, a pioneer in satellite communications, and an experienced player in the global and Israeli setcom markets. Gilat came to us with a vision that rivals putting a man on the moon: connecting the world. Our joint journey turned the company's central vision into a living and breathing brand language. One of the biggest challenges was connecting to one coherent brand across ten locations in ten different countries and three different companies under Gilat. Based on the chosen architecture, we created three segments, each of which is under Gilat but visually distinct. As we worked on building a brand, we also built employer branding (EVP). Gilat's rebranding process created a new brand identity that speaks to employees and creates a real connection with customers.
The secret spice
Using trends and interviews with employees, we came up with an organizing idea for an employer value proposition. It was obvious throughout the process that Gilat has a great corporate culture, which creates a place that people love working in, with high marks for everything related to interpersonal relationships.
The organizing idea is based on the insight that in Gilat real connections are formed, and from the connection the way to a relationship is short: "A fulfilling workplace relationship". A relationship where employees feel comfortable being themselves and feel like they are partners, the workplace provides stability, generates interest, and provides opportunities for them to grow.
Galactic Glow-Up
Gilat's refreshed visual identity positions it as a modern tech company, rooted in its satellite heritage. The new logo, inspired by satellite imagery, sets the tone for a brand identity defined by waves and ripples. To celebrate the diverse companies under the Gilat umbrella, we created unique color palettes for each segment. Beyond external branding, we prioritized internal engagement, developing illustrations that reinforce our satellite theme. This new identity aligns with Gilat's vision to connect the world. We believe our shared journey will foster global connections.
