The product team in Firma is a multi-disciplinary team, working in synergy with the strategy and branding teams but is responsible for in-depth product processes, from research, product discovery workshops, UX processes using different methodologies, user testing, and working with developers.

UX Designer
As a UX Designer at Firma, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that span industries and continents.
Your role will involve:
Research: Conducting competitor analysis and user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain a deep understanding of user needs and pain points to iteratively enhance product experiences.
Information Architecture: Creating information architecture and site maps to define the structure and organization of digital products.
Wire-framing and Prototyping: Designing high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts and functionality.
User Interface Design: Collaborating with our talented UI designers to translate wireframes into visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces.
Usability Testing: Planning and conducting usability tests to gather feedback and make data-driven design improvements.
UX Strategy: Working with clients to develop UX strategies that align with their business goals and user needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating closely with clients and cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, Project stakeholders, and other designers to ensure seamless execution of design projects.
Writing Functional Specs: ensuring alignment with UX design and facilitating smooth collaboration with the development team.
Presenting: Present research findings, design concepts, and strategies to clients and team members.
Staying Current: Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging UX design technologies to ensure our work remains cutting-edge.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a UX Designer who embodies innovation, empathy, and a deep passion for crafting exceptional user experiences.
Our ideal candidate has:
Proven experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and impact. (At least 2 years of experience working as a UX designer).
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
A thirst for staying up-to-date with industry trends and a dedication to continuous learning.
